Viral Speak 10-06-2000 Mr. Miyamoto is my hero; because he makes games
HE wants to make. Not games everyone else wants him to make. He also wants
to try weird stuff.. gotta love that. I think that creativity has to do
with growing up mostly outside. I may prefer being indoors; but I'm outside
almost 50% of the day. I think Mr. Miyamoto spent a lot of time outside.
That's the secret. Go outside, play, do silly stuff, race matchbox cars
down inclines, catch bugs, pet animals, lie on your back in the grass and
look at clouds. That's the secret of being creative. It's playing and doing
things. I think it's harder for kids these days to go out and play. Or
even stay in and play. Play something fun and just do that. Then, when
you are done, think of a way to make it more fun. It's that simple. Don't
do it because you are tired. Express how you feel and say it. The enemy
of creativity is tact and taste. The Bible may tell us that there is a
time and a place for everything. But it also tells us to not lie, be content,
not worry, and to not conform. If I think something is wrong, I won't lie
to you. If you spend your days playing you're not worrying. But then again..
doesn't the Bible tell us to consider the ant and prepare? Then maybe we
need to not worry about things, be truthful, and be content with what we
do. Then by doing that.. we could make work play. Hmm.. that would make
us more creative and unique! I wonder if anyone understood that.
Oh, I have something to say. The media and "Boondocks"
tend to dwell on George W. Bush Jr. being "dumb", apparently this must
be so as it has rubbed off on them.
My local GameCrazy store says that they're
going to sell "Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask" for $69.99 What's up with
that?! Dang supply and demand! - Joltz
Philip: That's crazy. I preordered mine at Wal-Mart. I may be paying
less than $50 for the game in my area; but I would say that $70 is not
even a fraction of what the game is worth in play value. Majora's Mask
makes Ocarina of Time look like a tech demo. Mr. Miyamoto has taken a fun
game (Ocarina of Time), and set it upon himself to make it different and
more fun. He succeeded.
Have you seen Fight Club. Man,
that movie was great. Better than The Matrix, that's for damn sure!

Philip: I have seen neither; because I missed them in theatres and
do not own a DVD player yet. I refuse to see them on Video Cassette. I
do however have the scores for both movies and they are great. You understand
right, I would never want to play Survival Kids on a old brick Game Boy;
because I respect the game enough to want to put it in a more advanced
system for play.

Philip: Change a setting or two in the game you are useing, if no
change.. it's a problem with the burning tip in the printer. Nintendo can
repair/replace it for you.

Foy only in Gold? What are you people
talking about? Foy is only in Silver. This I pretty sure about. I have
played a ROM of Gold, and though I didn't play it THAT extensively, do
to the fact that all the text was Japanese, I do know Foy was not in it.
The pokémon only in Gold are Spinarak, Ariados, Gligar, Mantine,
Phanpy, and Donphan. And the Silver exclusives are Foy, Foyusa, Teddiursa,
Ursaring, Delibird, and Skarmory. Now, while I was playing Gold, I found
and raised a Spinarak into an Ariados, and saw a wild Donphan. Since those
are pokémon exclusive to one version, and I found them in Gold,
the above lists I have are very likely, true. I got these lists from EAGB,
but they had them backwards. Unless the ROM I played was really messed
up, which I'm pretty sure it wasn't, or Nintendo, for some unknown reason,
decided to release Gold as Silver, and Silver as Gold, EAGB's lists shouldn't
be correct. Also, the picture of Pidgey in the ROM matched the pictures
of Pidgey from the Gold Version as shown in the September Nintendo power,
and the fact that it would be pointless for Nintendo to switch around the
games shows that they did not switch them. So no worries to anyone who
reserved Gold for Foy. Even if I DID happen to be wrong, than I have nothing
to worry about. I'm getting both. And you can bet All my L*dyb*s will be

is misguided; not stupid. He's an intelligent person; just not all with

Oh, yeah. Cheney won. Now we just need to Vote Bush and hope he dies so
