I've haven't been around for the past three months
due to a horrible, horrible travesty of justice.
You see, about three months ago, I was walking
around, thinking about life and things, when I was jumped by a bunch of
circus midget. These weren't fun-loving circus midgets though, they
were EVIL.
They tied me up and hid me in the mall.
And, everyday, with the threat of a PS2 Preorder with my name on it, they
made me buy 20 copies of N'SYNC's new cd everyday. That's the real
reason it sold so well, the Sony Circus Midgets forced me. And, everynight,
I had to feed myself using only 1-2-3 Jell-o packets and old Orange Julius.

Okay, I'm a Nintendo fan and all...but they've
really disappointed me. It started with the whole Game Genie thing...back
then, I was like, well, Nintendo don't like 'em, so it must be bad.
But now I know better. THen, this deal with the SongBoy. Nintendo's
taking this copyright infringement paranoia way too far.
And to top it off...they're hounding of emulation...what
is the deal
with that? NOBODY buys NES games any more,
except from used-game stores. Nintendo makes no money from these.
ANd yet, they have attacked NES emulators and ROMs. Emulation is
NOT illegal, or at least not so that it should be banned. It CAN
be illegal, but just because something MAY be used for illegal purposes
does not make it so.
I mean, if that were the case, we'd have to outlaw
the human mind.

Philip: Oh, Nintendo, Sega, and Sony have
attacked used game stores in Japan. Just so you know. Now.. ROM and emulators..
are a grey spot; but.. YES it is illegal to sell them. As for Songboy?
Their latest Legal Tactic consists of them calling Nintendo Racist. A LOT
of their tactics they are useing are either stupid or illegal.. for example..
they use unliscensed scans of Jennifer Lopez in their ads. They actually
are breaking a few IP laws.. And the accusations really stem from Nintendo
stating that the device is useing the Game Boy Color's sound chipset and
Song Boy is mad they can't get liscensed. As a third party accessory buff
with friends in Nyko, Pelican, Nuby, and Interact.. I must say.. boo
****ing hoo. Nintendo refuses to liscense the WORM LIGHT for crying
out loud. And MP3 isn't the most.. non-controversial deal right now. With
Metallica, Dr. Dre, Madonna, and other saps sueing their fans and complaining
about.. of all things.. a compression format. Nintendo isn't exactly
going to jump right in and yell: "Look! My bum is on the Music Industry!
My bum is on the Music Industry! And if I'm lucky.. they'll still support
me!"
Now that you have the pictures, you can
put a link on the things Sock Monkey does, namely sitting there silently
and thinking little thoughts. And by the way, in those pictures,
that was not a stunt arm, that was my real arm, and no animals were harmed
in the making of those photos. Although I did have to reinstall the
