I got pokemon card game on wednesday,
and I'm in love.
Here's some impressions to share the joy:
If you haven't seen or heard of the pokemon trading
card game then get your head out from y...under a rock. This game
makes my happy all over. It has the pokemon we all know and love/hate
(whatever the case may be). Anyways, it has over 200 cards to collect
and trade with your friends, blah, blah blah...
The real meat of this game is the gameplay.
You get a basic deck and are forced to battle other players for booster
packs. The point? Why, to be the greatest pokemon card master.
The gameplay is a bit complicated but this is hurdled by a neato tutorial
at the beginning of the game, to show you the ropes. After that you
are on your own.
The graphix are standard RPG stuff, but the cards
are done in great detail.
The most important thing about this game is its
sheer fun. There is no better feeling than evolving your ivysaur
to a bulbasaur and whooping on Ronald (your rival). The game also
comes packed with oodles of replay value, even more than the original game.
Characters can be fought as many times as you want the the entire aspect
of customizing your deck makes the gameplay limitless. This is not
even including the link battle (I haven't tried it yet) and the card pop
feature.

I picked up Pokemon TCG today.
That game is so sweet. So addictive. Mmmm...so much fun.
SO GET OFF YER BUM AND BUY IT!
Also, I played the new PSX (I know, evil) Jedi
Power Battles game on 9 screens at once. It's not as bad as the reviews
make it out to be.

Philip: So, I've played Super Mario Bros 3 in pretty much everyway
imaginable. I've played it on the ceiling, on a screen smaller than the
Game Boy Color's screen, on 9 TVs at once, on a Jumbo-Tron, on a Computer
Monitor, on the floor, on the wall, oh, yeah! I've already got PK Card..
and it rules supremely.
